TERM: The
Contest will run through August
30, 2009, with drawing taking place on
August 31, 2009.
Prize - One winner will be selected and will
receive the Titleist Makeover with One Set

Driver and 3-wood, One Titleist Hybrid, 2
Titleist Bob Vokey Sand Wedges, One Scotty
Cameron Newport Putter, One Titleist Staff
Bag, 2 Dozen Pro V1's, 2 Titliest Gloves and
One Pair of Footjoy Classic Shoes, $500 in
travel cash and $250 dining cash upon
arrival on Sandhills golf package. Winner
and up to 7 guests will receive
complimentary accommodations and one round
of golf each including cart at Tobacco Road,
Pine Needles, Mid Pines & National. No
course or lodging substitutions permitted.
Actual retail value of this giveaway is
$10,000 if golf trip is taken in the peak
Spring season.

HOW TO
PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST:

(a) Signing up for the contest. You
register online at
www.TobaccoRoadTravel.com/giveaway
(b) Referrals. You are
automatically entered into
the contest each time you provide
to Tobacco Road Travel a referral to one
e-mail address, and Tobacco Road
Travel verifies such e-mail address to
be valid and different from your own,
and the owner of that email address
signs up for the contest. For each
e-mail address referred and signed up,
you will be entered into the $10,000
Golf Giveaway Contest again.
Privacy note: Tobacco Road Travel
will not see/keep/use the email
addresses entered for referrals, unless
a referral registers for the contest.
All referral email addresses that do not
register for the contest will be
completely removed at the completion of
the contest on August 31, 2009.
AND/OR
(c) Referrals' Referral. You are
automatically entered into the $10,000
Golf Giveaway Contest each time the
Referrals you have provided refer an
additional Email address, and the owner
of that email address signs up for the
contest, and Tobacco Road
Travel verifies such e-mail address to
be valid and different from your own.
For each e-mail address referred and
signed up by your Referrals' Referral,
you will be entered into the $10,000
Golf Giveaway Contest again. There is no
limit to how many levels down your
Referrals can extend, as long as they
are all valid Referrals and are signed
up for the contest. Privacy
note: Tobacco Road Travel will not
see/keep/use the email addresses entered
for referrals, unless a referral
registers for the contest. All
referral email addresses that do not
register for the contest will be
completely removed at the completion of
the contest on August 31, 2009.
AND/OR
(d) By mail. You may also enter
by hand by printing your complete name,
address, e-mail address, and the
words $10,000 Golf Giveaway Contest on a
3" x 5" piece of paper. Mechanically
reproduced entries are not permitted.
Mail your entry to: Tobacco Road Travel
- 442 Tobacco Road, Sanford, NC 27332.
You may mail as many entries as you
wish, but only one entry may be included
in each outer mailing envelope. Mail
entries must be postmarked by August 10,
2009 and received no later than August
30, 2009. Hand-delivered entries will
not be accepted and if left at our
office will not be entered in
the $10,000 Golf Giveaway Contest.
Tobacco Road Travel is
not responsible for errors, omissions,
interruptions, deletions, defects in part or
whole, delays in operations or transmission,
theft or destruction or unauthorized access
to or alterations of entry materials, or for
any technical or non-technical network,
telephonic, electronic, computer, hardware
or software malfunctions of any kind, or
inaccurate or partial transmission of or
failure to receive entry information
by Tobacco Road Travel on account of
technical problems or traffic congestion on
the Internet, at any web site or any
combination thereof. Tobacco Road Travel is
not responsible for any injury or damage to
entrant's or any other person's computer
related to or resulting from playing or
downloading any materials in the $10,000
Golf Giveaway Contest, or for mail-in
entries that are lost, late, misdirected,
damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or
postage-due. All entries become Tobacco Road
Travel's property and will not be
returned. Tobacco Road Travel reserves the
right to cancel temporarily or permanently
the electronic method of $10,000 Golf
Giveaway Contest entries
if it becomes technically corrupted.
DISQUALIFICATION: All of your entries in
this and all other contests sponsored by Tobacco
Road Travel in the past, present, or future,
will be automatically disqualified without
notice or recourse if you promote the
Contest through unsolicited commercial
Email, multiple repetitive postings to
UseNet Newsgroups or even one posting to
inappropriate UseNet Newsgroups or any other
violation of Acceptable
Use Policy. Any
violation of such Acceptable Use Policy will
prevent you from entering any future contest
sponsored by Tobacco Road Travel and we will
automatically revoke your membership
in Tobacco Road Travel's web site.
Tobacco Road Travel, if you attempt (i) to
enter the $10,000 Golf Giveaway
Contest through any means other than as
described in these Official Rules; or (ii)
to disrupt the $10,000 Golf Giveaway
Contest, circumvent the terms and conditions
of these Official Rules, or in any way
tamper with the $10,000 Golf Giveaway
Contest. If either of the above
occurs, Tobacco Road Travel has the right to
remedy any such action, disruption, or
circumvention, and to seek damages from you
to the fullest extent permitted by law.
ELIGIBILITY: All legal U.S. residents
residing in the 50 United States and the
District of Columbia who are 18 years or
older at the closing date of the $10,000
Golf Giveaway Contest may participate in
this $10,000 Golf Giveaway Contest, or if
you are under 18 years of age, you must have
parental/guardian consent to enter the
contest. By entering this $10,000 Golf
Giveaway Contest you
represent to Tobacco Road Travel that you
are either at least 18 years of age or have
consent from a parent/guardian. Employees
of Tobacco
Road Travel and its immediate families and
members of their households are not eligible
to participate in this $10,000 Golf Giveaway
Contest. By registering to win the prize,
the winner grants Tobacco Road
Travel permission to use his/her name
(including screen name) and likeness for
advertising and future promotion purposes
without additional compensation (except
where prohibited by law). Unaccepted prizes
may not be awarded. This $10,000
Golf Giveaway Contest is subject to these
complete and Official Rules.
SELECTION OF WINNER. Winner will be
selected in an electronically randomized
manner on the afternoon of August 31,
2009 for the $10,000 Golf Giveaway Contest.
The winner will be notified at the day of
the drawing, and has 48 hours to
contact Tobacco Road Travel regarding
their prize. Tobacco Road Travel reserves
the right to modify scheduling of the $10,000
Golf Giveaway Contest without prior notice.
If the judges determine in their sole
discretion that there is any suspected or
actual electronic tampering with the
giveaway or if technical difficulties
compromise the integrity of the giveaway,
the judges reserve the right to void the
entries at issue, and/or terminate the
giveaway and conduct a random drawing to
award prizes using all eligible entries
received as of the termination date. Limit
one prize per person. Winners may be
required to sign and return an affidavit of
eligibility within 3 days of notification
attempt. Failure to return the affidavit in
the time noted will result in
disqualification of the entry and the random
selection of an alternate winner. Tobacco
Road Travel may require winners to provide
proof that they are the authorized account
holders of the e-mail addresses used to
enter the $10,000 Golf Giveaway Contest.
"Authorized account holder" is defined as
the natural person who is assigned to an
e-mail address by an Internet service
provider, online service provider, or
organization (e.g., business, educational
institution, etc.) that is responsible for
assigning e-mail addresses for the domain
associated with the e-mail address. Any
winner who does not comply with the Official
Rules will be disqualified and an alternate
winner will be selected. Return of any prize
or prize notification as "undeliverable"
will result in disqualification and an
alternate winner will be selected.
NOTIFICATION: Prize winner will be notified
by e-mail sent to the e-mail address on
the Tobacco Road Travel account (or the
e-mail address on the mail-in entry when
applicable), and Tobacco Road Travel is
under no obligation to notify winners by any
means other than e-mail. If a
winner's Tobacco Road Travel profile
is no longer active, notification will be
sent to the last known e-mail address. If a
prize winner entered by mail, the
notification will be sent to the address
that was printed on the 3"x 5" piece of
paper. Tobacco
Road Travel is not responsible for
notifications that are misdirected or not
received because of e-mail addresses or
mailing addresses that are no longer
correct. If a potential winner cannot be
reached after a reasonable effort has been
made during 10 business days from the first
notification attempt, such person may be
disqualified, with an alternate winner
selected. Any prize notification or prize
returned as undeliverable will result in the
awarding of that prize to an alternate
winner.
REDEMPTION: Tobacco Road Travel will
deliver the prizes as follows: All Prizes.
Each prize will be given to the appropriate
winner at the time of their arrival for the
free golf trip provided with this giveaway.
Prizes are non-transferable and no
substitutions or cash equivalents are
allowed except by Tobacco Road Travel .
$10,000 Golf Giveaway Contest, you agree to
release and hold Tobacco
Road Travel and its directors, officers,
employees and agents, and all prize
suppliers harmless from any and all losses,
damages, rights, claims, and actions of any
kind in connection with the $10,000 Golf
Giveaway Contest or any product purchased,
or resulting from acceptance, possession,
use or misuse of any prize, including,
without limitation, personal injuries,
death, and property damage, and claims based
on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion
of privacy, whether suffered by you or a
third party. This $10,000 Golf Giveaway
Contest is void wherever prohibited or
restricted by law and is subject to all
applicable federal, state and local laws and
regulations. By participating, entrants
agree to be bound by these Official Rules
and the decisions of Tobacco Road Travel and
waive any right to claim ambiguity in
the $10,000 Golf Giveaway Contest or these
Official Rules. All decisions regarding
the $10,000 Golf Giveaway Contest,
including, but not limited to, selecting
winner, will be made by Tobacco Road Travelhose
decisions
shall be final. Winners are solely
responsible for all applicable federal,
state and local taxes.
